HubSpot doesn't know
you have three offices.

On the plan most teams run they don't exist, and pipelines are capped at two. So the Milan manager opens the CRM and sees Rome as well. This integration splits deals by branch and numbers quotes accordingly.

How a deal finds its branch

  1. The deal says so

    If your HubSpot has a sede (branch) property, that wins: a person wrote it on that deal.

  2. Otherwise, whoever owns it does

    State once that Rossi works in Milan, and all of their deals — past and future — attribute themselves.

  3. If neither knows, it doesn't guess

    A deal that cannot be placed stays visible to you alone, never to the wrong branch manager.
