Terms of service

1. The service

HuntLog reads, and only reads, the data in your HubSpot portal (deals, owners, products, pipelines, and the contacts and companies attached to a deal when you open it), attributes it to the branch offices you declare, and lets you issue quotes with a per-branch numbering series.

The service writes nothing to your HubSpot. No properties, no deals, no notes.

2. Who can activate it

Installation requires a HubSpot user with the necessary permissions (Super Admin or App Marketplace Access). Whoever completes the installation becomes the owner of the HuntLog account for that portal and is responsible for the access they grant to others.

One HubSpot portal is one HuntLog account: the users you enable share the same connection and see data according to the role and the branches you assign them.

3. Trial, price and renewal

Every connected portal starts with a free 14-day trial, no card required. The service costs €350 one-off on activation plus €100 per year, excluding VAT, per HubSpot portal and not per seat.

When the trial ends, or when an unrenewed year lapses, the sync stops and the account becomes read-only.

Quotes already issued and data already synced stay readable: some of those documents have become invoices, and locking you out of your own documents would serve nobody.

4. Acceptable use

In using the service you undertake not to:

• connect portals you have no standing to authorise an app on;
• share sign-in credentials with people outside your organisation instead of enabling them with the intended role;
• attempt to reach other customers' data, or to circumvent the per-branch visibility limits;
• subject the service to automated load unrelated to normal use.

5. Your data stays yours

The data coming from your HubSpot and the documents you generate remain yours. We process them as a data processor, on your behalf and for the purposes of the service alone: the details are in the integration's privacy notice.

You can stop the processing at any time by disconnecting the portal, and request deletion by writing to info@huntlog.xyz.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We undertake to keep it working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: we depend on HubSpot's APIs, which can change, throttle calls or be unavailable. A failed sync is retried automatically the following night.

We may suspend the service briefly for maintenance, normally outside Italian working hours.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is a tool for consulting data and issuing documents, not an accounting or tax system: quotes are commercial documents and their correctness remains the responsibility of whoever issues them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity.

We remain liable within the limits that law does not allow to be excluded, in particular for wilful misconduct and gross negligence.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting the portal from the panel or uninstalling the app from HubSpot: the two have the same effect. We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, of non-payment beyond the grace period, or of use that puts the service at risk for other customers.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email to the account owner's address, with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after that constitutes acceptance. The date at the foot of the page is the last update.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For customers acting as professionals or businesses, the competent court is that of the place where the service provider is established; mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.
